Terms
CyberConnect platform terms.
These terms describe the rules for using CyberConnect services, platform workflows, payments, and account access.
Website operator
This website is operated by CyberConnect. Registered address: 351KA, RANIDIHA SIKTAUR ROAD, NEAR PS PUBLIC SCHOOL, BEHIND GD Enclave, PAKRIHWA KHORABAAR, Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh - 273010, India. Contact: support@cyberconnect.pro, +91-9313985248.
Use of the platform
CyberConnect provides structured workflows for authorized IT training requests, paid work requests, expert responses, and expert engagement management. Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully.
Roles and permissions
Students can post free training requests. Clients/requesters can post paid work requests using work credits. Experts can respond to opportunities when subscription access is active. Admin users manage platform data and must protect account access.
Payments and subscriptions
Product prices are displayed in INR. Current product rules define platform access fees for work request credits and expert subscriptions. CyberConnect does not take a percentage or commission from directly negotiated expert amounts. Direct payments between requester and expert are outside platform custody unless optional escrow is selected after a proposal is locked.
Direct payment disputes
If a requester claims an expert stopped responding after direct payment, or an expert claims completed work was not paid, either party may open a dispute and provide evidence. CyberConnect may review communications, request evidence, preserve audit logs, and take account actions such as warnings, suspension, or removal. CyberConnect cannot verify, reverse, refund, or guarantee off-platform direct payments.
Expert work and outcomes
CyberConnect helps connect requesters and experts, but request scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria should be clearly agreed before work begins. Technical findings and advice should be validated for the specific environment.
Confidentiality and private scope
IT service requests may contain sensitive business, technical, or security information. Users should place only high-level, non-sensitive information in public summaries. Confidential scope is intended for limited disclosure after confidentiality acceptance or expert lock. Experts must not disclose, publish, copy, retain, or misuse requester information except as necessary to deliver the agreed work.
Mutual NDA signing
When a work request requires an NDA, the requester and expert must sign the same platform-generated confidentiality agreement before work starts. CyberConnect stores the signed record with timestamps and account references so admins can review it if a confidentiality concern or dispute is raised. Parties may still use a separate legal agreement outside the platform when needed.
Rules of Engagement
Requesters confirm they have permission to request IT service work for the target environment. Experts must stay within agreed scope, avoid disruptive activity unless explicitly approved, protect confidential information, and avoid sharing findings or client details publicly without written permission. Access to confidential scope may be audited and watermarked.
Sensitive data policy
Users should not submit live account credentials, private access materials, production-only information, raw customer data, or unnecessary regulated data. Use temporary test accounts, staging environments, least-privilege access, and update any shared access after the engagement.
Confidentiality reports
If a user believes confidential information was misused or disclosed, they can report the issue for admin review. CyberConnect may suspend accounts, revoke access, preserve audit logs, and take other appropriate platform actions.
Prohibited activity
Users must not abuse authentication, avoid access rules, scrape data, post unlawful requests, test or access third-party systems without permission, or misuse IT services for harmful activity.
Availability and changes
CyberConnect may change features, pricing, policies, and access rules as the platform matures. Continued use of the website after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
